Hamad Bin Issa al-Khalifa’s initiative for dialogue is an attempt to escape responsibility for the campaigns of killing, torture, and crackdowns practiced in the country. The commission for investigation of crimes against humanity is not independent because it is formed by and under control of Al Khalifa regime!
