In Germany, in the West, there is small city Dorsten. In city the volume is lived by one family. The father of family — Dmitrij Adamow, its wife — Natalia, daughter Lilija (16 years), son Denis (14 years) and son Roman (3 years). Recently in increasing frequency began to appear on the Internet of article about Adamow. I have decided to understand itself. I have chosen the second type of contact and have called to it.

– (Deniz). Mister Adamov, I would like to take from you interview.

– (Adamow). Well, take interview.

– (Deniz). Tell, please it is not a lot of about itself: who you and whence.

(Adamow). I was born in the city of Fergana in 1969. The city is located in Uzbekistan. Has ended on an assessment of “perfectly” 8 classes. Then has ended on an assessment “well” 10 classes. In 1987 has gone to serve in army. In the middle of May 1989 has come back home. I thought I shall have a rest after army month and I shall go on work. But in the first of June 1989 in Fergana civil war has begun. In the first night extremists have burnt some thousand houses. Burnt together with those who in the house was. Allowed to leave from nobody the house. Who left, those killed about the house. In the first night on fire my parents were lost also. The house has burned down. Documents and things have burned down all. My friends have sent me to Russia.

• (Deniz) Forgive, Dmitry that I force you to go through that terrible tragedy again. So. You have arrived to Russia. So the second stage of your life has begun. I so understand?

• (Adamow). It is possible to tell and so. With 1989 for 2003 I was in Russia. “Was”. To tell I “lived” cannot. I have there was nothing. In one night I have lost all: parents, the house, documents. I have there was no future, I lived only past. And then me have deprived also with the Native land. The USSR has stopped the existence. In connection with absence I have passports, I have not got any citizenship. I tried to restore documents, but Uzbekistan did not answer inquiries of the Russian militia. Now, here, in Germany, immigration servicestry to force to get me citizenship of Russia. For 14 years of my finding in Russia I could not make it, employees of immigration service, apparently, think, that I will manage to make it now.

• (Deniz). And you wish to become the citizen of Russia?

• (Adamow). You know, I already 9 am put in Germany. Germany became me the second house. The second Native land. I have grown fond of Germany all soul and heart. I like good-natured and sympathetic Germans. For how many years of work on Germans I never met the bad attitude to me that I Russian. But, to my regret, employees of immigration service, try to find all the reasons to not give out to me documents.

• (Deniz). So, per 2003 you have arrived to Germany. What was then?

• (Adamow). I have addressed with the application for granting to me of a refuge in Germany. To me have given up. I have appealed against against this refusal in administrative court of city Münster. In 2005 there was a session of court. The judge to me has told, that there is no indispensability in reception of a refuge by me. I can address in immigration service with the application for a recognition me apatrids, that is the person without citizenship. I have agreed. Ever since I also try to achieve a recognition me apatrids. Immigration services accept me apatrids de-jure, but refuse to accept me de-facto. Speak, that I should get citizenship of Russia. Thus interest in nobody that fact, that citizenship of Russia I cannot get: I was not born in Russia, my parents were not citizens of Russia (they, as well as I too, were citizens of the USSR), they were not born in territory of Russia. I did not live in Russia 7 years at the moment of supply of the application for purchase of citizenship. In 1989 — 2003 I have was not the passport, therefore I could not register in territory of Russia. The fact of absence of an official registration in Russia is confirmed by the information from a bureau of registrations. The fact of absence of citizenship of Russia is confirmed by the official information from federal migratory service of the Russian Federation.

• (Deniz). But any documents at you are?

• (Adamow.) there is a copy of the certificate about a birth and other documents. All of them have been provided by me in immigration services in Germany. Yes, I have there is no passport, but there are many other documents, confirming my person.

• (Deniz). I know, you have a family.

• (Adamow). Yes is. In December, 2007 we began to live together with Natalia. It had 2 children from first marriage. In January, 2009 we was born with it the joint son. With the advent of family I have again there was a sense of my life. With 1989 on 2009 I conducted senseless a life. I did not live, but only existed.

• (Deniz). How there were at you attitudes with the senior children?

• (Adamow). Excellently. I in general love children. And children of the woman which I love, I from first days of a joint life consider as my native children.

• (Deniz). The senior children on their father have the German citizenship?

• (Adamow). Yes, Lilija and Denis — citizens of Germany. Not looking that were born in Russia. Roman, not looking at the birth in Germany, has no citizenship in general any.

• (Deniz). Even Russian???

• (Adamow). Even Russian. Yet there will be no documents I have, the consulate of Russia does not accept as its citizen. Here and we live. Natalia — a citizen of Russia, Lilija and Denis — citizens of Germany, I and Roman am absolutely not clear who. Citizens of any country, apatrids and not refugees. Officially issue marriage with Natalia we cannot. Again because of absence of documents. I have in Germany except for Duldung there are no official documents. Even driver’s I cannot receive the certificate.

• (Deniz). I heard, what you are not idle and desperately struggle for your rights?

• (Adamow). Yes, it so. All my life — one greater struggle. In summer I have written on a site http: // www.avaaz.org/de/petition/Die_Menschenrechte_Die_Ehre_nach_dem_Gewissen_und_die_Gerechtigkeit_nach_dem_Gesetz the petition addressed to Angela Merkel and the federal government. Having collected 100 signatures, I have directed the petition to addressees.

• (Deniz). Whether there was a reaction from their side on your petition?

• (Adamow). From a cabinet of the federal chancellor my petition has been directed in Bundestag. From the federal government I have received the letter with the recommendation to address in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Germany. I сраже there have addressed. Any answer, to my regret, I from the Ministry of Internal Affairs have not received. Besides I have directed the separate petition to parliament of our ground Nord Rhein-Westfalen. The parliament had been accepted my petition to consideration. But have warned, that it will last very long.

• (Deniz). How you think, what result of consideration of your petition will be?

• (Adamow). Who knows? To tell the truth, I am already tired from this senseless struggle. You think to that that is interesting destiny of other person? Destiny of family, destiny of children. Another’s children. Human rights….. It only on a paper.

• (Deniz). You think so? But in fact you the legal expert.

• (Adamow). Yes, you are right. I am the participant of the organization « amnesty international “. Took part in actions on protection of human rights in Russia, in Belarus, in Southeast Asia. You know what? To protect the rights of others, it appears, easier, than to protect the rights, to protect the family.

• (Deniz). And what for history with agrarian court Köln?

• In summer the last year my lawyer mister B. Has passed to translator H of a paper for their preparation in German. The translator has passed ready papers to the lawyer. I should settle an account for work. In 2 months I have received the prevention from firm of the collection. Together with percent of the collection, the sum was in two more, than I should pay to the translator for work. From the translator I did not receive neither accounts, nor preventions. My lawyer the same was silent.

• (Deniz). But in fact same absurdity!

• (Adamow). The absurdity, agrees. I tried to explain the Same and to the lawyer of the translator, doctor S. But it has solved on another. It has solved, that will manage to force the foreigner to pay money. Therefore the given business at the same time was considered in five courts.(Deniz). In five courts? At the same time??

• (Adamow). Imagine, yes.

• (Deniz). Also what agrarian court Köln?

• (Adamow). In February of this year I have received the invitation to judicial session which should take place on May, 23rd. I have addressed in court with the application about the help in payment judicial costs. Under the Law I had on this right. Because of a working trauma I almost 2 years were on treatment. 10 times have been operated. I have asked the help and in payment of hiring the lawyer for judicial session. The agrarian court is court of the second instance and participation of the lawyer necessarily. But from court I have not received any answer. Neither agreements on help agrarian cash department, nor refusal in the help. In April I again have sent inquiry. And again the answer was silence. Then, in June I have received the decision of court in which it has been specified, that neither I, nor my lawyer on court were not.

• (Deniz). You consider, what it has been made purposely?

• (Adamow). Certainly. Absence of the lawyer at judicial session of court of the second instance automatically means loss of process. Everything, that was at judicial session in court Dorsten and agrarian court Köln, obvious infringement not only human rights, but not respect for foreigners. On the one hand the lawyer, doctor S, and on the other hand any foreigner who has suddenly decided to go against the lawyer who has decided to defend the legitimate rights, fairness, finally.

• (Deniz). Yes, heavy destiny at you. Much to you should be gone through. Not fairness, cruelty, heavy losses. And not looking on what, you speak, what love Germany?

• (Adamow). Yes, I love! That employees of immigration service or the judge create, there is no fault of Germany! All problem only in that, in my opinion, that supervises nobody them. They do that want. Act on the fear and risk. They are afraid of nothing, as are assured, that anybody will not abuse them for the foreigner. But it, certainly, only my, personal, opinion. Probably I am mistaken. I very much would like, that I was mistaken.

• (Deniz). Well , mister Adamow, thanks for interview. I wish you to find the truth and to achieve fairness not looking on all of barrier which will be on your way. Success to you and family happiness!

• (Adamow). Thanks big!

Yes, heavy destiny at mister Adamow. But, not looking at it, it has remained to be the person. The strong person, courageous and resolute. Give the God that the destiny has taken pity on it. Give the God to it and its children of happiness! Give the God to governors of Germany of mind and ingenuity! I hope, that problems of mister Adamow with advantage will be solved!
