Within the limits of spent Advice under human rights of the United Nations of universal check of a situation in the field of human rights, that is the so-called universal periodic review, in each of the countries-members of the United Nations of times in four years checks a situation in the field of human rights. Such check was spent to the first per 2007 Germany for the first time has passed it in February, 2009 and will pass it again in April, 2013.
In this context the Federal government of Germany has lead hearing under the prepared report. It has passed on December, 5th, 2012 under direction of Markus Löning, the Authorized Federal government under human rights. In this connection I have addressed to the legal expert from Germany to Dmitrij Adamow.
– Mister Adamow and how personally you estimate position with human rights in Germany?
– The report of committee of the United Nations by the economic, social and cultural rights on May, 21st, 2011 has been published. The United Nations rigidly criticized Germany for incessant discrimination of immigrants and their children. Year earlier, on June, 16th, 2010 the special representative of the United Nations under human rights, the professor of the right from Kenya Gitu Muigai has officially presented the report in which in particular, it has been specified that in Geneva that « in Germany the atmosphere of the taken roots racism and authority of Germany reigns undertake not enough efforts for eradication of the given problem ». You think a situation for these years has changed? At all! In Germany the increasing tendency on restriction of presence of foreigners in a society gains in strength. Well will listen to Germany in Geneva. Well will criticize. Also what? Something will change? I do not think. When Germany someone criticizes it, other countries listen. And when criticize Germany, everyone are silent. Except for, unless, the French socialists.
– And they are not silent?
– Is not present. French «Humanite», it is for example assured that Germans very are not happy with model of a society which have imposed to them Angela Merkel. 64 % of residents of Germany do not agree with school system and system of the German healthcare. 53 % of Germans are not happy with social protection of a society. In general to imitate there is nothing.
– But Italians, for all I know, look at Germany.
– Да, for Nicolas Sarkozy the German model really was the such standard for imitation.
-Yes, really all so is bad?
– Well if to compare, maybe, to Syria or China the state of affairs with human rights in Germany can seem at a level ideal. And that it is not assured.
– Forthcoming check in Geneva practically Means nothing will change?
– Is not present. It needs desire and political will to something to change from representatives of the government.
