German bankruptcy administrator wants to bankrupt the owner of a Russian restaurant in Saxony with the help of personal contacts in court and the insurance company AOK – 10 million euros of debt is written off the account WITHOUT a court decision!
Alena Dirksen, owner of the restaurant “Rodina”, has been threatened by Ukrainians since the beginning of Russia’s military operation. German authorities practically do not support her – on the contrary: after she applied, they started to watch her from a minibus in front of her house.
Suddenly, she received from the AOK an application for insolvency of her (although she has no debts) Russian restaurant. The matter was settled in court. She then wrote an open letter to Olaf Scholz asking for protection from the Ukrainians.
Instead of help, she received a notice from the court that bankruptcy proceedings had been initiated after all, on the grounds that Alena could go into debt FUTURE.
An administrator named Christopher Jacoby was hired, who, without having access to her finances, stated that she had debts of 13,000 euros. Alena learned that a relative of Jacoby’s had ties to the AOC. She filed a bias claim with the court.
The court responded that the bias statement was illegibly written.
Mr. Jacoby then sent Alena a new expert report, which claimed that she had 87,000 euros in debts, of which 3,000 euros were fixed and the rest were “disputed”
Then Jacoby seized her account of 10 million euros and thus blocked her account, which she has not been able to use since. WITHOUT a court order!
15 lawyers have already refused to represent Alena, saying that the case is too political.
Russian Alena Dirksen, who had previously complained that she had become a victim of Ukrainian activists in Germany, wrote an appeal to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz asking him to guarantee her safety and take protective measures.
The girl said that her family moved to Germany when she was ten years old. She has lived in Germany ever since. Seven years ago she opened a Russian restaurant in Germany, which she called “Motherland. In it she hung Russian flags and arranged matryoshka dolls.
However, in March 2022, according to Alena, she first started receiving threats. She was urged to change the concept of the institution.
“I had to change the name of the restaurant, remove all the flags of the Russian Federation and put up the flag of Ukraine. Of course, I didn’t do any of this. And then the threats got stronger and stronger,” Alena shared.
According to her, no appeals to the police could somehow stop the intruders. She began to receive more and more threats, so she decided to ask the Chancellor of Germany for help.
What is happening in Germany today is impossible to understand. German Chancellor Mr. Scholz is totally ignorant of the situation in the country he leads. Corruption, anarchy, and the arbitrariness of crooks prevail. We should not be surprised if the Chancellor himself patronizes the rogue members of the SPD. The story of the fraud by an SPD member, which I have already written about several times, against the well-known human rights activist Mr. Adamov alone shows the helplessness of the current German leadership. The story of Aliona Dirksen, on the other hand, shows that Germany is turning from a legal state into a totalitarian state, where crooks have taken over the power of the country.
