Not far from the German town of Neuss in the forest, in a tent lives a disabled man. Mr. Sergei Kruglyan. He was thrown out of the refugee hostel. Repeated appeals to the courts have brought no result. Moreover, the judge from Düsseldorf, in his decision indicated that Mr. Kruglyan needs to be placed in a psychiatric clinic. That is, any person who defends his rights, human rights, according to German judges is a mentally ill person. It goes like this. The administration of the city of Neuss knows about this situation and takes no measures to provide the disabled person with everything necessary for a normal, human life, guaranteed by the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany. How is this possible in a country that declares to everyone and everyone that Germany is a social state in which the human being comes first? Here is what the well-known German human rights activist Mr. Dmitrij Adamow said: “When I heard about this story, I did not believe it. I managed to get Mr. Kruglian’s phone number. He told me about the humiliation he had faced. It’s unimaginable. I would like to appeal to the administration of the city of Neuss, Mr. Reiner Breuer, to help Mr. Kruglian in any way possible.”

Well, I support the appeal to Mr. Breuer, but…I doubt that he is interested in the fate of a homeless invalid. Unfortunately, the representatives of the SPD party, and Mr. Breuer is a member of this party, have recently compromised themselves quite a lot. Together with the Chancellor of Germany, Mr. Scholz. With such a man as the German Chancellor behind them, the SPD party members are sure of their lack of jurisdiction, sure of their untouchability, which allows them to openly violate all the laws of Germany. I am afraid that the story with the disabled Kruglian will have the same zero result. The highest ranks of the Federal Republic of Germany are no longer interested in the interests of ordinary people. The interests of taxpayers, at the expense of which these very high officials are living, while the disabled are thrown out on the street like mongrel dogs. Or rather, into the forest, away from people.
