Peoria Police Officer David Adams, appears in uniform three days after 10 Peoria police officers ambushed, attacked and assaulted the residents in collusion with Magellan Health Services of Arizona, Inc. employees Norman Sartor and Mathew Fisher on April 18, 2008. The whole orchestrated event and this later desperate attempt to illegally take the man into custody through threatening and intimidating the woman, Ms. Michele Stone revolves around their lawful protest of John McCain and Arizona officials dragging their feet and never doing a real investigation of the “systemic murder” of Virginia Mae Vivian Karr. The Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona is riddled with corruption and in particular it’s Mental Health and Probate division that includes Chief Justice Barbara Mundell, Judges Karen O’Conner and Colleen McNally who were key players in Ginee Karr’s case and enabled Lawyers Peter M. Williams, Reginald Cooke, Suzanna Goldman, Robert G. Robinson, and a Fiduciary Jane Anne Geisler to literally get away with and attempt to cover up “systemic murder” in Arizona. The local News Paper, The Arizona Republic has since, just this past December and January, run several stories about senior citizens worth over a Million Dollars a short time ago suddenly made broke and homeless in Maricopa County because of such lawyers and fiduciary firms literally robbing them blind through Maricopa County Superior Court and under the direct watch of Mundell and O’Conner. One particular lawyer name “Theut,” who could either be one or another of at least two brothers, keeps showing up in case after case that all seem to also include Karen O’Conner and who are also all now involved in Racketeering Lawsuits in the Phoenix Federal District Court as defendants. The game in Maricopa County concerning Mental Health abuse, Probate Court abuse and the use of crooked police such as Adams and at least a dozen or so in Peoria including Police Chief Ratcliff is being exposed and made known on the internet more so than in the mainstream media. Local television stations regularly report on such incidents as Peoria Police resigning for allegedly having sexual affairs with minors and or for example making verifiable threats to their wives on police cell phones but none has yet to report on these clearly sick abusive tactics by the corrupt city and its unqualified officers like Adams. Perhaps because the local TV stations ignored the victims pleas to cover the story and had they listened at least some of those now being discovered to have been severely abused by the corrupt Maricopa County Court system and virtually all of Arizona’s corrupt public offices may have been spared. A Federal Lawsuit will be filed that names Terry Goddard as well as Governor Jan Brewer and will charge both high officials with misprision of felony and perhaps felony of treason if the victims do not see an immediate remedy and arrest of those acting without legal authority and in violations of United States Code both under Title 1983 with regard to the Police and Federal Health Care Laws regarding Magellan Health Services of Arizona, inc. In their quest to get copies of alleged petitions and subsequent orders such as Adams claims to poses in this “caught on tape” civil rights violating and criminal making of direct threats to “get a tactical team and break the door down” Mr. Karr and now his extended family and blood relatives of Ginee Karr have filed an additional Notice of Claim against Arizona against the ongoing cover-up by the Office of Administrative Hearings Judge Abrahamson, Terry Goddard, Attorney General and his assistant, Joel Rudd on top of Magellan Health Services of Arizona, Inc. employees Norman Sartor and Mathew Fisher. Another defendant to be named is former Magellan CMO Andrew Mebane who failed to appear on January 21, 2010 at an OAH Hearing. Abrahamson, the Administrative Law Judge seated, did noting to enforce the subpoena(s) and will be charged in Federal Court on Monday.
