A drug addicted man, Shane Bausch from Victoria has killed a 31 week unborn child in a car accident on Easter Sunday 2016 and will be sentenced march 6th. the man was under the influence of methamphetamine and a number of other drugs. the mother of two, Mandy Davies was driving along the midland highway when Bausch ignored a give way sign, crashing into Ms Davies. the accident left Ms Davies with a shattered pelvis, liver and spleen, and breaking her ribs and spine. “I vaguely remember paramedics saying they could not hear the heartbeat coming from the baby,” Ms Davies told the Law Court in Geelong today.
Bausch will be sentenced march 6th.
